Rig AD-2, ideal high ambient AC VFD rig, was built in 2010 and received Lloyd’s certificate in 2011 just before exploration well drilling in Myanmar in 2011.

After arriving in Mann oil field, Myanmar in 2011, Rig AD-2 was fully commissioned and tested by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specialists and surveyors. It was also certified by Lloyd’s Register in July 2011.

In July 2018, AD-2 Rig equipment and accessories were mobilized from DM-5, Thailand to Myanmar and it was fully recertified as per API Inspection, Category IV before drilling. It completed Certificate of Compliance (COC) as per API in 2018.
